5-Year Limited Workmanship Guarantee

This guarantee covers defects that are directly caused by Pristine Painting’s workmanship or application methods, including:

• Peeling
• Blistering
• Flaking
• Chipping
• Cracking
• Loss of adhesion

Premature coating failure resulting from improper surface preparation or application

If a covered workmanship-related defect occurs during the applicable warranty period, Pristine Painting will inspect the affected area and, if coverage applies, repair or recoat the affected portion at no cost to the customer.

• This guarantee does not cover conditions outside of Pristine Painting’s control, including but not limited to:
• Normal weathering, fading, sheen reduction, or ordinary wear and tear
• Damage caused by impact, abuse, negligence, vandalism, or improper maintenance
• Moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, flooding, condensation, or other water-related issues
• Wood rot, drywall deterioration, substrate failure, or deterioration of underlying building materials
• Structural movement, settling, shifting, or expansion and contraction cracks
• Mold, mildew, algae, or fungal growth resulting from environmental conditions
• Acts of God, severe weather, hurricanes, hail, windstorms, lightning, flooding, or other natural disasters
• Customer-supplied paints, coatings, or materials
• Failures caused by pre-existing coating defects or previously failing paint systems
• Surfaces previously compromised by hidden defects not reasonably detectable during preparation
• Exact color matching or blending where surrounding coatings have naturally aged or faded over time

• This guarantee is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:
• Pristine Painting supplied both the labor and all coating materials used for the project.
• The project has been paid in full.
• The surfaces have been maintained under normal residential conditions.
• The defect is determined by Pristine Painting to be the result of workmanship or application rather than external causes or substrate failure.

• This guarantee is limited solely to repairing or recoating the affected area where a covered workmanship defect exists.
• Pristine Painting is not obligated to repaint entire rooms, walls, elevations, or structures solely to achieve uniform appearance unless we determine that doing so is reasonably necessary to correct the covered defect.
• Because paint naturally ages and weathers over time, repaired areas may not perfectly match adjacent surfaces.
• Refunds are not provided under this guarantee.

To preserve warranty coverage, homeowners are responsible for maintaining the property and promptly addressing conditions that may affect painted surfaces, including:

• Roof leaks
• Plumbing leaks
• Excessive moisture intrusion
• Structural deficiencies
• Failed caulking or sealants not related to our workmanship
• Other conditions that could damage the paint system
• Failure to correct these issues may void warranty coverage for affected areas.
• Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe a covered defect exists, please notify Pristine Painting promptly after discovery. We reserve the right to inspect the condition before any repairs are performed by others.

Warranty claims should include photographs, the property address, and a description of the concern so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
